Summary: This property was perfect for our vacation needs. It appears to be newer construction and has a nice open floor plan that easily facilitates groups being "together" in the main part of the house, whether in the kitchen, dining area, or living area. The kitchen is large and well stocked with common small appliances and kitchen ware. The property is easily accessible just off the main highway, while the neighborhood is quiet and serene- a great place for morning or evening hill walks with a view! The back patio is perfect for hanging out on and just soaking up that magnificent view of the river. Although it is not right on the water, it is a short drive to the marina and other lake recreational activities. In my opinion, the view is well worth that trade.

Summary: For the price of the rental I was dissatisfied on the House. It was at one time a model home . The carpet was dirty, smoke detector missing , chip in counter top in kitchen ,holes in mattress, patches on the walls, nothing to put your luggage on BBQ that was a table top camping style. The outside of the house was not taken care of. I would not recommend this to anyone I know!!

Summary: I selected this house as it was close to family and allows pets. The location has a nice view of the lake, but is noisier than expected as I did not realize how much traffic uses the road in front of the house at all hours of the day. The kitchen is nice and big; however, it could use more coffee cups and wine glasses (there was only 2 of each). Overall I would recommend the property.

Summary: We stayed at this property and totally enjoyed our visit to Lake Roosevelt. We had friends and family nearby and have visited them before but enjoyed having our own place to go to in the evening. The home we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had a great relaxing view of nature and the river. The owners communicated well and our expectations were met for this property. We look forward to our next stay.
